Who We Are
Our team brings together nearly 60 years of combined experience in conservation planning, agricultural operations, land management, and resource stewardship, much of it earned in the field, on working ranches, farms, and energy-active lands across the region we serve.
That depth of experience matters. Conservation in West Texas, the Permian Basin, South Texas, and Southeast New Mexico isn't the same as conservation anywhere else. The soils, the water, the vegetation, the climate, and the operational realities of ranching and energy production here are unique, and they reward people who understand them firsthand. Our team has spent decades working these lands, developing conservation and reclamation plans, improving rangeland and water resources, managing grazing systems, and supporting landowners and operators in balancing productivity with long-term stewardship.
